Mappinfo sometimes clipped off when exporting png

Initial size calculation for mappinfo is difficult to get right. Right now, VPathway issues a redraw event when it detects the mappinfo was clipped off. This doesn't help for exporting to png or svg though, as the redraw event doesn't get processed there.
