Step 1.
PathVisio 2.0.8 is the latest stable version. It allows you to create, view and edit Pathways, and add references for genes and literature. New since version 2.0.0 is the built-in ability to visualize gene expression and metabolomics data, and perform pathway statistics.
After clicking the link above, you will be asked how to open it. Please select "Java Webstart" (This should be the default) If it doesn't work, look at the PathVisioFaq
Step 2.
To make optimal use of PathVisio you will also need data files. Click the links of the species you're interested in below, and when asked how to open this file, please open it with Java Webstart (should be the default).
